What? Second year of Interrogate at Dartington, a festival where arts meets social justice with a mixed programme of debates, performance, workshops and film. Each year a different issue is interrogated, last year it was income inequality, this year it lightens up with theme of happiness. This year’s two-day programme features everything from debates on Why Happiness is Serious Stuff, to performances from The Baghdaddies, and Daniel Bye. A highlight is set to be the return of Phrased & Confused, whose line-up includes a performance from beatboxer, vocal sculptor and sound artist Jason Singh.
